Intermediate Pole Dancing 101 DVD teaches more complicated moves and techniques.

And the Advanced DVD will show you how to do some of the moves that won Juanita Fouche the SA Pole Dancing championship for 3 years.

Juanita Fouche from Basic Instincts Dance Studio has several studios in the Johannesburg area where she teaches weekly. Her students regularly win competitions. She has trained some of the top pole dancers in the country.
