I really like this thing. It has four speeds – a high and low constant vibration and a high and low pulsing vibration. It’s not too loud either. You push the button all the way down to turn it on and to change speeds. To turn it off you have to unscrew the cap slightly. The item I got looks slightly different than the picture – the end is rounded rather than bullet-shaped, but that doesn’t matter. I’ve had it about 10 months now and it still works fine. Perfect size and it feels amazing. Really great toy for the price.
