What happens if my order is late?

Whilst Lola Montez’s service delivery is all about quick turnaround times. We try to make sure you get your parcel within 48 hours of receipt of payment. So if you are paying by EFT don’t forget to send us proof of payment so we can process your order as soon as possible.

In the rare instance that we are unable to honour our dispatch rule we will contact you personally to notify you of the delay – either by the email or via the contact number which you have provided. If you have given us the incorrect information we cannot get hold of you, so just don’t.

If the vibrator you have purchased is not available from the local distributor it will go onto back order. the Lola Montez staff will advise you when the estimated time of arrival is and you will be given several options. You can wait for the back order to arrive or we will offer you an alternative product which is similar in style, quality and price. If neither those options suite you we will cancel your order and refund you in full. We’d like not to but you absolutely may.
