Do I have to pay again for shipping?

 If I choose for partial delivery on a Back Order do I have to pay again for shipping? No. Lola Montez will cover the second shipping cost at our expense. International Orders - Can Lola Montez deliver outside of South Africa?  Yes, Lola Montez ships to Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana & Lesotho, shipping costs a lot more. We have many clients who purchase our sex toys from Ghana, Nigeria and Zimbabwe (but hey collect and take it home in the suitcase). Deliveries to these areas take anything from up to 4 to 8 working days (provided there are no unforeseen delays) and delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight, and value of your order). Once you have added your adult toys, lubricant and lingerie to your cart, proceed to checkout and opt for the EFT payment option. We will then contact you once we have obtained an accurate quote from our courier company (based on your order and the above variables),  you will then have the option to proceed with your payment or to cancel should you wish. Many clients arrange their own courier to collect, and this option is available to you. Please leave an instruction in the delivery instruction box on your order. Please make sure that adult toys are legal in your country as we cannot be held responsible for items being confiscated by customs. Please note, Lola Montez will subsidize as much of the delivery cost as possible, Once your proof of payment reflects in our account, we will then ship your order and advise you accordingly. You will be responsible for the legality of the order so make sure that sex toys are not illegal in your country. Yes some countries still ban sex toys for women! Once your order has reached the country which you are sending it to, a customs clearing agent will contact you on the number which you have provided, to advise you of the customs clearance and VAT fee applicable to your order. You will be liable for these charges. They will advise you of the payment banking details thereof – please note you are liable for these charges, and your order will not be released by custom’s until such time that you have processed the payment. Handling fees may cost up to 10% of the total invoice value and Lola Montez is unfortunately unable to control these charges as they are determined by the customs office in your country. Customers in Namibia and Botswana are liable to pay for the VAT applicable, but are generally exempt from the customs clearance fee.

 What happens if I have an item missing from my delivered package? Yes shit happens and we're not perfect, but not often!  If your parcel arrives open please take a photo of the parcel immediately. If it is opened there may be a courier problem. Although we have to say that we have never had this problem before. If the parcel is sealed and an item is missing let us know. Should your package not be reflective of your order placed with us, please contact us immediately on our Contact Us page on our website, Call 0861 LOLAMO (0861565266) or on 011 784 2173 or email us on info@lolamontez.co.za so that we can urgently rectify the situation. We do double check your order to make sure that all your adult toys have been packed but you know maybe we had a bit too much fun with our vibrators the night before. Please report the missing adult toy immediately so we can investigate what happened and send you the missing item. If it's a back order item that you've agreed to wait for, it's coming. We do delivery part orders so that you are not waiting for everything. You will be contacted and know that the missing item is part of the back order. You can still contact us if you need. to. What happens if my order is late? Whilst Lola Montez’s service delivery is all about quick turnaround times. We try to make sure you get your parcel within 48 hours of receipt of payment. So if you are paying by EFT don't forget to send us proof of payment so we can process your order as soon as possible. In the rare instance that we are unable to honour our dispatch rule we will contact you personally to notify you of the delay - either by the email or via the contact number which you have provided. If you have given us the incorrect information we cannot get hold of you, so just don't. If the vibrator you have purchased is not available from the local distributor it will go onto back order. the Lola Montez staff will advise you when the estimated time of arrival is and you will be given several options. You can wait for the back order to arrive or we will offer you an alternative product which is similar in style, quality and price. If neither those options suite you we will cancel your order and refund you in full. We'd like not to but you absolutely may. What happens if I'm not home for delivery or cannot be reached at time of delivery?

Not home for delivery? We ask you for all your details to ensure delivery, name address and phone number. This should allow us to make contact but sometimes incorrect information is furnished - really, in the 21st Century! Please don't do this, its unnecessary and idiotic. Our courier company is unable to notify you of exactly when your delivery will take place. It is in this regard that it is imperative to provide us with a delivery address where you will most likely be during office/day hours as well as a contact number. In the event that our courier is unable to reach you at your provided delivery address or on your contact number, they will try and delivery your parcel to you again on the next delivery run. Should this still prove to be unsuccessful, our courier company will get in touch with us regarding the issue, and we will try and resolve it by contacting you from our Lola Montez office. Courier agents, cannot be expected to contact you via cell phone, so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. Your parcel will be packed in a brown bag and a courier flyer unless it needs to be boxed. The waybill will not indicate any Lola Montez branding or any indication that you have purchased a vibrator or lubricant. Watch our video on YouTube to see how we package your delivery. Will I have to sign for my order?

Will I have to sign? For your security and ours, we ask that you sign the waybill presented to you by the courier agent. This signature acknowledges that you have received your package safely. Nothing on the parcel or the waybill indicates that the parcel contains a vibrator or sex toy. Neither does it contain any Lola Montez branding. It recently came to our attention that many buy adult toys and dildos from that large online retailer named after a jungle in South America. The reason - people will think I've bought a book! I have two things to say 'Which people and who cares?' But if you are still concerned that the courier will be judging you know that the product is recorded as medical and all the paper work says Sharon Gordon and I really don't think I'm that famous. All our packaging is discreet and if you receive the package opened it wasn't us. In all the years I have been using our courier nothing has been opened before delivery. If you live in Gauteng you may want to collect your order. Please make sure you call first to make sure we have the sex toy you ordered in stock and that we're around to open for you. How do I track my order?

The important question of how to track your order is oOnce your order has been packed, the courier process is completed. We place the parcel into the courier bag once it has been addressed. There is no branding or product description on the flyer bag or on the weigh bill. The weigh bill number will be your tracking number. Currently we use a courier company called 'The Courier Guy'. They have an online tracking system where you can track and trace your parcel. If you are situated in a metropolitan area like Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria or Cape Town delivery is much quicker than if you are situated in Gat Sonder Water. You will usually receive your parcel within 48 hours of Lola Montez having received proof of payment, so if you have selected the EFT option please do not forget to send your proof of payment details to our accounts department. You can forward the proof of payment for your adult toys to info@lolamontez.co.za You can call 011-7842173 or email us on info@lolamontez.co.za for your tracking number – you will then be able to track your order online by using the courier’s tracking processes. We will always let you know if there has been a hitch with delivering your sex toys. Sometimes our distributors are out of stock or a vibrator has been discontinued. If this is the case we will call you to ask if you want to go on back-order, cancel or replace your adult toy with an alternative. Please don;t forget to follow us on our social media pages. What is the delivery cost?

What is the delivery cost when I order my sex toy? Delivery at Lola Montez is FREE on any orders over R1500. Orders under R1500 will automatically include a delivery fee of R150* to cover courier charges. (*Additional charges may apply for remote and outlying areas.) You will however be contacted directly if this is the case. In addition orders that have been cancelled but have already been shipped, are liable to have the refund deducted by R150* in order to cover courier charges. Orders that are cancelled timeously, which have not been shipped, will not be liable for such courier charges. Lola Montez also ships to Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana & Lesotho. Should you require International shipping, we will contact you once we have obtained an accurate quote on shipping costs from our courier company (based on your order and the above variables), whereby you will then have the option to proceed with your payment or to cancel should you wish. Once your proof of payment reflects in our account, we will ship your order. International shipping can be tricky so please ensure that adult toys are not illegal in your country. Yes in the 21st Century sex toys are still seen as forbidden and dangerous. You have to wonder how this can still be possible. We wish we could ship all our vibrators for free but alas it isn't possible yet.
